About the Co-op |

The Village Store Food Co-op opened in 1976. We are a New York State, not-for-profit corporation, member-owned and run.
The Co-op is dedicated to serving members and the larger community with wholesome foods at reasonable prices. We share space with the Village Store, whose proceeds support Hubbard Hall projects.
Everyone is welcome at the Co-op, both members and non-members. We rely entirely on members to cover the store each day, determine the regulations and rules, elect members of the Advisory Board and, in general, work toward the goals and principles expressed in our by-laws. The Co-op is working to support local food products and agriculture.
